In order to get a defective/unused item replaced :

How can i get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a refund/replacement please write us at info@sfreshfruits.com and we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication. We will do our best to process refund request within 7 working days.
